I participated in a hackathon today. It’s been about 3 years, I think, since my last hackathon, back when we didn’t have coding agents like Claude Code. I knew it’d be a totally different vibe, but even then, I was underestimating it. From idea creation to demo, everything could be handled by the coding agent we used. And that made me wonder why I was even sitting there. I felt like I was just touching the prompt with minimal judgment, and nothing else. I think I felt more sad than surprised, though. ...

I know it’s been more than half an year since my last post, but but buttttt–to break the cycle and prevent the unfortunate birth of my 17th blog–I am back! And you know what? I’m now living in a different state, sleeping on my friend’s couch. It’s like I’m back in 2024. (Yes, this has happened before. I know, I have great friends. Genuinely.) I’ve actually started writing this update several times over the past few weeks, but I kept losing steam after a few words, which is why it never came together. ...

I’ve decided to go for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Security+. Hoping to wrap up AWS CCP this week and then move on to Security+! Oh, and a bit off topic but a re_csgo post is coming soon!
